Job Summary

The Sheldon B. Lubar School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee invites outstanding scholars to apply for the Hans Storr Professorship in Finance at the rank of Associate or Full Professor.

The Hans Storr Professor’s primary responsibilities will be to provide outstanding research and teaching leadership in the School, guide doctoral students, as well as cultivate and maintain effective linkages to the business community.

Minimum Qualifications

The qualified candidate will hold a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Finance or a related field, with specialization in Corporate Finance or Investments. Required qualifications also include an outstanding research record, evidence of teaching excellence, and demonstrated ability to work collegially and collaboratively within the university and the business community.

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates who are nationally and/or internationally recognized for leadership in finance research.
