Job Summary

The Lubar School of Business at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee seeks applications for Manager, Executive Programs (Outreach Program Manager II).

The Manager, Executive Programs is responsible and accountable for business development activities to generate revenue and develop new relationships with the business community. Reporting to the Director of Executive Programs, the duties will include lead generation activities and business development for Lubar Executive Education. This role also oversees planning and execution of Executive Programs and administrative office responsibilities in Executive Education. Additional duties include assisting the Associate Dean of Executive Education and participating in the strategic planning process.

Minimum Qualifications

The qualified candidate will hold a Bachelor Degree and have experience in business development activities and program management. The proven ability to provide exceptional customer service is also required.

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates with experience teaching and/or facilitating learning programs in a corporate setting. Marketing experience, experience with event planning and coordination, and office administration abilities are highly desirable along with experience in a sales environment and the demonstrated ability to work collegially and collaboratively within the university and/or the business community.
