Job Summary

Support the Office of Undergraduate Admissions (OUA) by coordinating the activities associated with the confidentiality, implementation, maintenance and enhancement of Hobsons Radius Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and other related services and technology. The CRM Manager is also responsible for creating and maintaining dynamic communication content, to achieve the admissions goals of the University. This position has a central role in understanding the business needs of OUA and incorporating this understanding into the selection, gap analysis, development, implementation and enhancement of third party applications. This position develops processes for troubleshooting, recovering, adjusting, modifying and improving business systems. This position works independently to provide expertise in coordinating the resolution of complex IT issues and decisions in a business context; it requires knowledge and expertise in business process analysis, information systems, project management and state-of the art information technology in business areas.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (degree must be granted by the date of hire). Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, e.g. SalesForce, Hobsons, NetSuite, etc. Experience in database analysis, reporting and development of analytical reports. Extensive skill in using Microsoft products, particularly Access and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

Direct experience implementing and maintaining Hobsons CRM in a higher education setting. Experience executing successful CRM communication campaigns. Experience conducting end user training and creating training materials. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of basic principles of marketing communication. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Excellent problem solving skills.
